JLO & On The Floor’s Platinum Certification!

As we reported a few weeks ago, “On The Floor” was certified platinum, meaning she sold over 1 million copies of the song! In related news, On The Floor maintained its #7 spot on the US Billboard Hot 100 chart. Over on the digital songs chart, it dropped one spot to #8. With this week’s Idol performance, it is expected to move up next week. Airplay continues to increase, and On The Floor jumped from #8 to #5 on the Radio Songs chart and #7 to #6 on the Pop Songs chart.

Over on the Canadian Hot 100, On The Floor jumped back up to #1! Congrats Jennifer!

 

Jennifer Lopez Celebrates Album Release @ Hard Rock

Jennifer Lopez was at the Hard Rock Cafe in Hollywood yesterday to celebrate the release of her album LOVE? with fans and sign copies of the album. While there, Jennifer also signed a guitar that will be auctioned off to benefit Art Project Los Angeles and donated her “On The Floor” catsuit to the Hard Rock Cafe’s memorabilia collection.

Jennifer Lopez and Marc Anthony attended the Metropolitan Museum of Art’s Costume Institute Gala in NYC tonight! Jennifer looked stunning in a red Gucci dress and slicked back hair.

Tonight 200 lucky Los Angeles area fans got the opportunity to meet Jennifer Lopez and get an autograph at Best Buy’s BlackBerry ‘PlayBook’ launch event.

Fans who purchased the new BlackBerry tablet or pre-ordered JLo’s ‘LOVE?’ album (to be released on May 3) not only got face-time with Jennifer, but also got a special treat – an advance look at the album’s CD booklet artwork!
