Fox announced its midseason schedule today! American Idol’s 11th season begins with a two-night premiere Wednesday, Jan. 18 (8:00-10:00 PM ET/PT) and Thursday, Jan. 19 (8:00-9:00 PM ET/PT). Featuring host Ryan Seacrest and returning judges Randy Jackson, Jennifer Lopez and Steven Tyler, television’s No. 1 series continues with a special, extended primetime broadcast Sunday, Jan. 22 (10:00-11:00 PM ET/7:00-8:00 PM PT) following the NFC Championship Game.
Promo has started ramping up for the show in recent weeks. The first commercial was released last week, and a behind the scenes video from the set of their photo shoot was also released prior to that. Filming for the show’s Hollywood Week will reportedly begin towards the middle of this month.

Fox released a behind the scenes video of Jennifer Lopez and her American Idol costars Steven Tyler, Randy Jackson, and Ryan Seacrest on the set of their recent photoshoot. You may recall that the commercial premiered during the World Series a few weeks ago.

Jennifer was presented with Glamour magazine’s Woman of the Year “All Star” award by designer and long-time friend, Donatella Versace, who called her “unforgettable.” The yearly event was held in New York City’s Carnegie Hall and celebrates the top women who inspire the masses through their work and achievements in fields ranging from science, to politics, to entertainment.

During her heartfelt speech, Jennifer shared what she and the other women honored all have in common – that they’re all surrounded by inspiring women, too.
