The American Idol contestants are down to 5! Last night, Casey Abrams was voted off. Jennifer, who looked stunning in red, looked pretty emotional about his departure.

As a side note, there are just a few weeks left of American Idol! 🙁 But, we have Jennifer’s performance on the show next week to look forward to. AND, we’ve got all the behind-the-scenes scoop for you! So look out for that next week.

It was Carole King Week on American Idol last night! The final six performed solo numbers as well as duets. In case you missed it:

The night’s impromptu moment came when Jacob and James rolled Jennifer’s chair back so that they could sing to her. She was clearly surprised, but she handled what could have been a wardrobe malfunction like a pro!
