Jennifer Lopez called in to “On Air with Ryan Seacrest” Wednesday to talk about the release of her much anticipated album LOVE? and reveals how telenovela star William Levy made his way in to her “I’m Into You” video!

Jennifer explains why she chose the “Triunfo del Amor” star, better known as the ‘Brad Pitt of Mexico, for her most recent music video because, “the song is called ‘I’m Into You’ so you want it to be about that.” However, clarifying, “but it’s definitely [me] playing a character.”

As for why William exactly? Lopez reveals, “my cousins and my aunt were over for Christmas and they were watching this novella religiously and when the time came…to get a guy for the video…I was like ‘who’s the hot guy?’ and they were like ‘William Levy’…’oh my god please [use him]!’”

Although J.LO admits she’s playing a character in the music video, her twins Max and Emme sure thought it was real! Jennifer laughs, “the babies…have seen part of it and they go ‘there’s daddy!’” Laughing, “because they know the only person they see me with like that is daddy.”
