JLo Watches Carnival Parade

A few hours after arriving in Rio, Jennifer Lopez headed to her VIP viewing box to watch the famous Carnival parade. Jennifer looked amazing in a bedazzled (of course!) Brahma shirt. As you probably already know, Brahma hosted her appearance at Carnival. Jennifer conducted some interviews after watching some of the parade. We’ll post them on the forum as they pop up, so check there periodically!

Jennifer’s visit to Brazil is reportedly a brief one, as she is heading home today.

JLo Heads To Rio For Carnival!

Jennifer Lopez arrived in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil today to appear at Carnival! Jennifer is being hosted by Brahma, the company hosting the event. Jennifer also appeared in Brahma commercials for the event.

Jennifer, Casper Smart, and Benny Medina hung out on the balcony of their hotel to appease Brazilian fans waiting outside for a glimpse of our girl. Fans went crazy for Jennifer, yelling and singing On The Floor, I’m Into You, and Papi! Jennifer waved and took pictures of the crowd. Here’s a short video and photos:

Idol Goes To Vegas!

The top 70 Idol hopefuls made their way to Las Vegas on last night’s episode to perform in newly formed groups on the Viva Elvis stage! The performances were divided into two days, meaning two fabulous new JLo outfits! The judging trio had to make some tough cuts and narrow the top 70 down to 42. Here’s a recap:

Fox Picks Up JLo’s “Q’Viva”!

You can call JLo the Queen of TV! If you’ve been bummed about missing out on Q’Viva, English-speakers, we’ve got great news! Fox has picked up Q’Viva and it will premiere on Saturday, March 3 at 8PM! The show will continue with two-hour episodes for five weeks until its grand finale Saturday, April 7.

In a press release, Jennifer said:

“Q’VIVA is a passion project on so many levels. It’s really our dream to see it come together. This is about creating a live visual experience about Latin culture, rhythm and dance. I believe that people will be so enlightened, so enriched by this experience.”

Q’Viva has been airing in Spanish on Univision in the US, and the 3rd episode aired this past Saturday.

In related news, South Beach Tow, a show Jennifer produces, will begin airing its second season tonight at 10 PM on TruTV! Don’t miss it!
