Rap-Up caught up with RedOne at the BMI Pop Awards on May 15 where he revealed that Jennifer’s 10th album is almost finished and that there are “at least four or five bangers, incredible hits” on the album. Jennifer Lopez appeared at the CTIA trade show in Las Vegas earlier today to announce that she is the co-founder, chief creative officer and majority owner in Viva Movil, a new premium retailer for Verizon Wireless that will target Latino customers. Viva Movil represents a partnership between Jennifer, device distribution company BrightStar, and Moorehead Communications, Verizon’s largest mobile retailer.
“This new company is here to revolutionize the entire mobile experience for Latinos. There’s no specific place for Latinos to be specifically catered to. We will continuously evolve the wireless shopping experience with Verizon Wireless’s guidance and support,” said Jennifer at the conference.
Viva Movil will have its own stores in major markets including New York, Los Angeles and Miami. The first store will open in New York on June 15, and at least 15 stores are planned this year.
Jennifer is designing custom accessories for phones, which for now, are the same phones offered by Verizon Wireless. You can get a preview of her designs on the Viva Movil website. Could a JLo phone be in our future? You never know!

Jennifer Lopez is set to perform during the semi-finals of Britain’s Got Talent! A date has not been announced, but we know it will be Jennifer next week. Jennifer is headed to London next week to perform at the Chime for Change concert on June 1.
It has also been announced that Jennifer will headline the British Summer Time Hyde Park festival! Jennifer will perform on The Great Oak Stage on the last day of the festival, July 14. You can buy presale tickets here.
