I thought about viagogo, but I found many negative comments from people who bought tickets from there. And ticketmaster doesn't have tickets in Gold Circle .

Yes, I think so. I couldn't find it at any official promoter's site.

However it's ridiculous. Many people bought the tickets(Golden Circle) just to sell them and now you can find them on viagogo or on ebay.

I brought my tickets in the pre sale. I honesty cannot wait. They went on sale while I was on vacation in America so with the time difference I was online buying tickets at 3AM, definitely worth it.

I brought a standing ticket for the 02 London from ticketmaster, the day they went on sale....Now they have the Platinum VIP Experience, which I would like to purchase.
Is it possible to gt the ticket upgraded? or Refunded?

If you brought them from ticket master, I believe you would have to sell the tickets and then buy the VIP separately. I don't think they offer ticket exchanges or refunds.

When I spoke to somebody from Ticketmaster when booking my tickets, they told me the tickets will we recieve them from anything between 2 weeks before to a couple of days before the event.

I'm guessing beginning of October they'll get sent out.
