We'll see. I still remember those million of Greatest Hits release dates back in 2008 and 2009. Still hoping for a new album. :crossfingers

KPierre always defends jen on those sites, and some people here still dare to call her a hater %)

How people act elsewhere is irrelevant, though. That being said, people throw the word hater around.

She's been making new songs in the last 8 months or something. So, I think she will release both albums this year. GH and new album.

At the end of the day, she did the right thing tbh. GH album is a must for her just like any other singer that has been making successful songs IN YEARS. It's about time.

JENNIFER LOPEZ, SEX, AND THE CULTURE & MEDIA INSTITUTE: A BAD COMBINATION

by David Lara / 10 April 2012 (11:16 am EDT)

TRANSLATED from ITALIAN (google)

Jennifer Lopez, the talented Boricua actress, singer, and businesswoman, is in better shape than ever. And she's proving that age is just a number when you have control of your life.

She is a "cougar" by all means, and maybe the first to acknowledge that this phase of her life is just that: another moment in time.

Be honest: Does anyone think that J-Lo and Madonna are going to marry their young boyfriends? And even when they say that love can conquer anything, all of this seems to be just another sign of show biz madness.

Be as it may, Jennifer Lopez just released her new video "Dance Again" Ft. Pitbull; she claims in the lyrics that she "loves to make love" to the boy of her dreams. Actually her partner in real life is the co-star of the video, which is a mix of Kylie Minogue's "All The Lovers" and Madonna's "Justify My Love." That is, sex, music, and more sex.

The video clip's outstanding cinematography and choreography weren't enough to please the Culture and Media Institute, as they called it "skanky and distasteful."

The organization fails to realize that after all, this is Jennifer Lopez and not Audrey Hepburn rescuing a cat in the last scene of Breakfast at Tiffany's.

The 42 year-old wants the world to know that she's sexy and enjoying herself like never before. Sorry Marc Anthony, as it must hurt.

However, The Culture and Media Institute really think they have the right to punish anyone who doesn't follow their rules.

It is true that such raunchy videos should show a parental warning before being played on TV. But an extremely sexualized society could be as dangerous as the false puritanism of all these so-called conservative groups.

Please: Where is the right balance?

^Read another article bout that institute complaining that the video debuted on Idol with children watching. Its the producers of Idol that decided to put it on the show, they should blame them, not Jen

LOL I just checked their website. %)

http://www.mrc.org/culture

They hate the Huffington Post and the New York Times, they hate Glee because Glee= gay propaganda, they hated the movie The Lorax because it promotes 'enviromentalism', they hate Oprah, etc.

They loved Katy Perry's video for Part of Me because it's pro-military and patriotic. :lol

Oh and they also loved Rebecca Black's Friday!

Quote:
Black's "Friday" is exactly what parents are looking for to replace the filth in pop culture. Society has been spending too much time poking fun at her shallow song, and not enough time recognizing that almost 70 million hits means that a popular video flocked with an innocent message can still win out.

@JLopez The media killed Janet's music career after the superbowl exposure with Justin. It did hurt her image.

And M.I.A doesn't have a career anyway.

Jen came with something different and sexier than what she has been doing lately, this is probably the reason why everyone is really surprised. That was unexpected. It's good to be different without hating someone. Haters take it too far, and like to add a series of irrelevant things, and they make a big deal out of it, like if it's the most inappropriate music video, while in fact there are worse things than that and they know that. :coffee
