After two Thursdays of basketball, CBS returned with originals. The Big Bang Theory dipped 12% to a season low matching 4.5 adults 18-49 rating vs. a 5.1 rating three weeks ago, but was still the highest rated show on the night. Returning from its "Rob" hiatus, Rules of Engagement scored a 2.8 adults 18-49 rating, up a tenth vs. a 2.7 rating in its last new episode in mid-December. Person Of Interest returned to a 3.3 adults 18-49 rating, down a tenth vs. a 3.4 rating three weeks ago. Finally, The Mentalist had a 2.7 adults 18-49 rating, also down a tenth vs. a 2.8 rating three weeks ago.

Fox topped the night's adults 18-49 ratings as American Idol was even with its 4.2 adults 18-49 rating from last week. A week after Touch's official premiere it slid 15% to a 2.8 adults 18-49 rating, vs. a 3.3 rating last week.

Heejun Han was eliminated from American Idol last night, but he swears that Jennifer Lopez tried to save him! What's next for the hilarious singer?

Heejun Han eliminated from American IdolHeejun Han may have been eliminated from American Idol last night, but he admitted that he didn't go down without a fight -- show judge Jennifer Lopez tried to persuade Steven Tyler and Randy Jackson to use their one-time save on him.

"She came up to me, with the teary eyes, and said, 'I was convincing them to save you, but I lost,'" he said, according to E! News. "But only her vote counts for me I guess, but Randy and Steven can just... whatever."

He doesn't take the elimination personally, however. "It was too early. It was way too early to use their card. I'm pretty sure they're saving it for some other people. It was fair and square."

Heejun has some interesting advice for reality television hopefuls. "Singing competition, model competition, anything, when it comes down to competition, it's literally just saying you're competing against each other," he says. "It's The Hunger Games, but it's not killing each other. Why do you always have to be so serious when only one person is going to survive? You might as well have fun and have a thick skin and stay true to yourself."

Fellow contestant Phillip Phillips shed a few tears when his best friend was announced to leave. "I think he was faking it! I'm kidding," Heejun joked. "We were best friends since day one and I really, really wish him the best of luck because he has what it takes. I'm pretty sure he's going to do well. I didn't cry because I didn't want to cry, so I left the mansion really early on purpose because I knew I was going to be emotional."

Heejun did get some encouraging advice from Jackson before he left. "He grabbed me and said, 'Dude, you are a great singer, but, dawg, you have to be in a sitcom!'"

And he's already got a premise in mind. "It should be an Asian guy who's trying to go out with really pretty blonde girl!" he revealed. "Of course, I'm not going to be picky about anything. I really want to make something out of this."

Like what? "I'm not doing any more competitions... except for America's Next Top Model," he joked.

I can't believe people still bother to watch this it's hella boring. I can't wait til she's done with all this on the real.

Just remember the sales bump that 20 million viewers can add to DA. And the 20 mill your fav is making.

I love Idol. I started to watch it because of Jen. It is such a simple and beautiful format. The best casting show out there.
I hope she is doing a third season because I can't imagine this show without her.

True, but I will only watch if it concerns her music career (previews, snippets, premieres). Besides that I refuse to use this show. lol
