David Letterman show seeks Girls’ Generation’s guest appearance for being interesting and unique

Girls’ Generation are highly regarded by the music producer for American TV Network, CBS’s popular talk show ‘Late Show with David Letterman’.

SM Entertainment revealed a portion of the email received from the music producer of ‘Late Show with David Letterman’, Sheryl Zelikson, confirming Girls’ Generation’s appearance on the show.

According to the email, producer Sheryl Zelikson said, “We thought of Girls’ Generation as a very interesting and unique group and thus, we decided to invite them on the show. We are very happy that Girls’ Generation have agreed to come on the ‘Late Show with David Letterman’ as their debut appearance on an American talkshow.”

Girls’ Generation are scheduled to appear on ‘Late Show with David Letterman’ on January 31st. On the show, the girls will be performing the title song of their 3rd album ‘The Boys’, which was released worldwide in October last year.

Besides the famous CBS talk show, Girls’ Generation will also be appearing on ABC’s morning talk show ‘Live! with Kelly’, on February 1st along with the famous pop star Jennifer Lopez. As American-born Tiffany and Jessica will be with the girls on these shows, they will not be having a translator with them during their TV show appearances.

Nice choreography but they can't sing LOL. The "my HEAAAAAAAAART" part made my ear bleed.

Haha the Kelly interview and performance was the best. I'm addicted to k-pop and j-pop. I wanna see more female and male groups making there debut in the states as well. I always forget that English is taught in South Korea.

It makes me sad though that I sometimes struggle with spanish and they so fluently switch between korean and english which is a lot harder. It must be cause there asian and they study more..hehe.jk

@juniorsega, are you a fan f the girls? I love that kpop is expanding so much. Currently Wonder Girls and 2ne1 are working at US. Girls' Generation debut wasn't even an official debut. Can't wait till they officially do something worldwide. Actually Tifanny and Jessica were born and live in US so they can speak english fluently and that's why they are the ones to talk in the US interviews. Sooyoung can speak english quite good too.

Recently, on ABC’s ‘LIVE! with Kelly’, Daniel Radcliffe has revealed the fact that he has Girls Generation’s album and he also chose Tiffany as the prettiest member.

The truth is that during the ‘Woman In Black’ movie premiere, a Korean staff gave Daniel Radcliffe Girls’ Generation’s album. Receiving the gift, Daniel said with a bright smile, “Thank you very much. Even though I don’t know K-Pop well, after seeing the album, I think I want to know more,” and showed his liking for Girls’ Generation.

He picked Tiffany as the prettiest member of the group but after looking at the album closely, he said that Taeyeon is as pretty as Tiffany. It is said that Daniel Radcliffe reacted just like any other boys of his age.

I fell in love with snsd after watching Seohyun in "We Got Married". I'm such a freak that show aired awhile ago and just got to see it recently. That show was amazing! I'm so happy there expanding over here now. Just need me some hot 2ne1 over here follwed by some SHINee and I'm good.haha.

I can't explain why but I think they are really cool. I LOVE "Run Devil Run", I wish there was an english version so I could sing a long better. That would have been a great US debut track, the dancing is awesome
