Also i like that she is a different character (not pregnant herself) in the movie.This will make her stand out imo. She looks like she is going to be a bit sophisticated and alternative in this, not the typical rom com character.

One Week Delay for 'What to Expect When You're Expecting'

Lionsgate is pushing back the due date for "What to Expect When You're Expecting," the studio said Thursday.

The pregnancy comedy, which stars Jennifer Lopez and Cameron Diaz, will premiere on May 18, 2012, a week after it was originally slated to debut in theaters.

By delaying the film's debut, the studio will get out of the way of Tim Burton and Johnny Depp's latest collaboration "Dark Shadows" and Sacha Baron Cohen's comedy "The Dictator."

Instead, the film will go up against Universal's big-budget adaptation of the popular board game "Battleship."

"What to Expect When You're Expecting" is based on the popular parents-to-be book. Kirk Jones ("Everybody's Fine") directs the film, which also stars Elizabeth Banks, Chris Rock, and Matthew Morrison.

^Battleship looks good too, no? I mean not good in terms of Oscar worthy but good enough for the popcorn summer films.

I want Jen to have a #1 movie and a #1 TV show in the same week!

But Rihanna's Battleship will probably be #1 now.

I would think that this would be a good alternative to those other movies on Mothers Day weekend, but I guess they are the pros. Johnny Depp's last movie really underperformed.
