Album by "Idol' alum, Milwaukee native Naima Adedapo set to drop

(New York, NY) – American Idol Season 10 favoriteNaima Adedapo is set to release her debut album on Peak Records/eOne Music later this year. In advance of the studio album, Adedapo will release a 3-song EP in March2012. The EP is being produced by Warryn Campbell (Mary Mary, Kanye West, Trey Songz, Musiq Soulchild, Brandy, Mos Def, etc.).



Andi Howard, President of Peak Records, states, “We are extremely excited about signing Naima. I fell in love with her from the moment I saw her audition on Idol, She is a multi-talented beautiful artist and the Peak Records/eOne family is very happy to have her as an addition to our roster.



Adedapo adds, “I feel very blessed to be beginning this journey of music with Peak Records. Andi had faith in my artistry from the first time she saw me. Music is in my blood. I feel like I've been taking the steps to creating original music all of my life and now I will be able to share it with the world! I am overwhelmingly excited.”

She sings the song without a pre-recorded track and her dancing is hot!

Funny that she doesn't sing "club", "drink a little more" and "put your drinks up" though. Maybe she's against drinking alcohol? lol

Or she tried changing it to make it her own. It wasn't that good, though.
