About Us! Beyond Beautiful was created on May 13, 2002 by Heather Pelaez (HeatherPeleazJLOFAN). Originally called Beautiful, it was a forum dedicated to several beautiful female celebrities. Jennifer Lopez fans flocked to the board, however, quickly making her forum the largest and most active.
In 2003, BB began to take up so much of Heather's time she handed the board over to Frank (JustJLo03), who then assumed control. Today, Beyond Beautiful is managed by 5 staff members.
As the years passed, it became obvious that Jennifer Lopez was the star of the board. The staff and the vast majority of members were J.Lo fans. BB had become the prime source for J.Lo fans and the largest Jennifer Lopez forum, with the latest media, news, photos, and fan encounters. So, in 2006, the board changed gears and deleted the other female celebrities, leaving just Jennifer Lopez. Today, there are 24/7 updates from members, and as of late, at least one BBer has been present at almost every Jennifer appearance around the world.
Jennifer and her staff are definitely aware of the board's existence! We've worked on a few projects to stay in touch with Jennifer and to show her what her fans are all about, and have also worked directly with Jennifer's teams on special projects.
We've worked with a variety of companies to help promote Jennifer and her projects including: Island Def Jam, Epic Records, Good Morning America, TruTV, AOL, CBS Films, The Katie Couric Show, AEG Live, State Farm, Kohls,& more!

THE RULES
-RESPECT JENNIFER & HER FAMILY/FRIENDS Please remember that this is a FAN BOARD. We want BB to be a positive place. So, please keep any and all criticisms respectful. If you don't like something, fine. State it respectfully. Remember that Jen is a real person. Rude remarks hurt. However, everyone is entitled to an opinion. If it is stated respectfully, please don't argue with someone about their opinion. If someone doesn't like a song, outfit, etc. you can't change their mind, just as they can't change yours. It does not make them haters. There is no need for a whole thread to turn and concentrate on 4 or 5 negative comments. Just let it go, and threads will be much more positive.
We should also be respectful towards her family members. The utmost respect should also be shown towards Emme and Max. Negative comments regarding the twins will not be tolerated. If you bash them, Jennifer, or the rest of her family, you will be banned PERMANENTLY.
-RESPECT OTHER BEYOND-BEAUTIFUL MEMBERS Do not disrespect other Beyond-Beautiful members; your first offense will result in a warning. If you continue to disrespect members, you will be banned.

HATERS/SPAM/DRAMA If haters come to the board or someone says something you don't think is appropriate, please report the post. In the left corner of
every post is the "Interact" Menu. Click it and select Report Post to
report a post or thread. Add comments and hit submit to send it in. The
user will not know who sent in the report about them.. That will notify us automatically and when we log on, we will take care of it. Please don't feed the trolls by replying!
Spammers will be banned immediately.

CLOSED/DELETED THREADS If your thread is closed or deleted, we will try to provide an explanation of why it was closed. If your post is deleted, please don't create another thread just like the one that just was deleted. Also note that the thread may have been merged with another topic. If you have a question, please private message a mod or admin.

JENNIFER LOPEZ MEDIA DELUXE/ JEN IN HD FORUM Media Deluxe and Jen in HD are private forums for
regular, contributing members with over 2500 posts. The purpose of these forums is to share media or photos which you want only a few people to download/see. If you decide you want access then you should apply for access by clicking on the forum and clicking on "Apply for Membership."
Please do not apply unless you have 2500 posts or more because you will be denied access and you would be wasting your time and ours.
Members will be added AND deleted at the staff's discretion. Members who do not post on the board often will be deleted. Posts MUST be meaningful. "
