Jennifer Lopez Stuns on the Cover of InStyle's February Issue
Just two days after wearing 10 epic outfits as host of the 2015 American Music Awards, Jennifer Lopez arrived to the L.A. set of her cover shoot for the February issue of InStyle (on newsstands Jan. 8) primed for more quick changes. Once she shed her own Brunello Cucinelli suede coat and Yeezy boots, Lopez whipped through six body-con looks in just 60 minutes.
While grooving to hits by Jess Glynne and The Weeknd, the star donned designs by Fendi and Narciso Rodriguez, as well as a rust-colored sweater by Acne Studios with a white skirt by Calvin Klein Collection (as seen on our cover, above). But what really grabbed Lopez's attention on set were the accessories—particularly pairs of drop earrings by the likes of Céline, Marni, and David Yurman. Another favorite? Leather Altuzarra bangles specially made for the label's spring 2016 runway show.
We certainly weren't surprised to see the multifaceted 46-year-old act like such a pro. After all, she's currently juggling a starring role in the gritty new cop drama, Shades of Blue (premiering Jan. 7 at 10 p.m. ET on NBC), judging American Idol, and prepping for an upcoming Vegas residency—not to mention being a doting mom to 8-year-old twins Max and Emme. (If she comes home after bedtime, she takes a picture of herself by their beds "so they know I was there," she explains inside the issue.)
To see Lopez's glam outfit changes, and to read the full feature—including her thoughts on how romance fits into her intense schedule—pick up the February issue of InStyle, available on newsstands and for digital download Jan. 8.

It's pretty good, considering it's InStyle, but the pose they have her in is quite unflattering.

The InStyle the shoot is always different and better than the cover. And I think that Jenny could do a futuristic shoot...

News/ Jennifer Lopez Covers InStyle, Talks About Her Twins, Being a Working Mom and New Cop Show Shades of Blue
Jennifer Lopez may become the busiest celebrity mom of 2016.
The 46-year-old actress and singer will not only reprise her role as a judge on American Idol's 15th and final season, but she also stars in a new cop show she is executive-producing, Shades of Blue and perform 20 concerts as part of her All I Have Las Vegas residency. And that's in addition to being a mom to 7-year-old twins, Max and Emme. And she manages to do it all and still look fabulous.
In an interview with InStyle, which features her on the cover of its February 2016 issue and dubs her "Wonder Woman," Lopez talks about balancing work and family.
"I am busy, and they know it," Lopez told InStyle, about her kids. "And they know part of their job is helping me get sleep. If I'm sleeping in, they're very quiet, like, 'Mommy needs to sleep! She worked late last night!' We're a team."
"Becoming a mom makes you stronger but also more gentle, especially with yourself—and that changes everything," she added.
Lopez told InStyle Max and Emme come with her everywhere and that her mother, Guadalupe, and sister Lynda help her take care of them. She added that she FaceTimes with her twins in the afternoon and that if she comes home after they've gone to sleep, she takes a photo of herself by their beds "so they know I was there."
Lopez plays Harlee Santos, a detective and mother who grew up in the actress and singer's real life hometown—the Bronx borough of New York City–and who is forced to help the FBI capture her shady boss after she is caught up in a federal anti-corruption probe.
"She's human," Lopez told InStyle. "Most people think they're the good guy. We're trying to do the best we can, but we all do bad things sometimes, whether it's lying or cheating ourselves or other people."
Shades of Blue also stars Ray Liotta, 61, and Sons of Anarchy alum Drea de Matteo, 43, and premieres on NBC on Jan. 7. American Idol's final season debuts a day earlier on FOX.
Lopez's Las Vegas residency at Planet Hollywood Resort and Casino will run from Jan. 20 to Feb. 9 and then from May 22 to June 12.

the one with the black dress looks very couture-ish it's quite different and I really love it
She looks so crazy different in this pic I don't know how I feel about it

^ I don't see similarities here. Her look at BMA awards was one of her best ever and that photo from Instagram isn't great. Actually, she doesn't look like herself. The only pic I like is the one in a black dress.

I love the Instagram cover pic. She looks a lot like Lucy Liu there! I don't see any signs of any botox/fillers. All I see is a different lighting.
But if I had question anything it would be her lips. They look a lot fuller in the pic when we all know Mary overcompensates them with globs of lip gloss.
The other pics are nice. But the pic in the black dress, me no likely, her waist/hips looks way too tiny to be real. A huge difference from the cover.
