Oh shoot! I was going to start a thread about female bodybuilders. I have been bodybuilding for a few months now, not to get bulky and nasty looking, but to get some nice cuts in my arms and a six pack. I love it! Women don't get big and nasty unless they use steriods. Our testosterone is a lot lower than a mans so we don't bulk up easily.

I opened this thread because i'm considering dedicating myself to bodybuilding.

I don't see that being nasty. Bodybuilding does not consist of huge muscles alone. It's about getting rid of the fat and being fit. It depends on the person. I want my body like Jen has hers, believe me she lifts weights. She's getting cuts in her arms and her stomach.

these women look disgusting. And men bodybuilding is too much imo. Lean and cut is something I would work for if I wasn't ridiculously lazy to do any excercise. It looks unnatural and we all know it makes you look "smaller" if you have bulging thighs of muscles. Now why would you wanna do that.
