“Hawaii Five-0″ star Alex O’Loughlin is temporarily leaving the series to seek treatment for prescription pill use.

His rep tells Gossip Cop in a statement, “Alex is taking a short break from ‘Hawaii Five-0′ to receive supervised treatment for prescription pain medication due to a recent shoulder injury.”

The CBS remake, which also stars Scott Caan and Daniel Dae Kim, is still expected to complete its second season as scheduled.

Such a shame

Seems to be so much prescription medication problems, I hope he gets the treatment he needs. I really like him
