Becky G was smart. She got one of the baddest and most RESPECTED rappers in the game right now, BAD BUNNY. Meanwhile, Jennifer hires trash rappers that the youngins do not care for. Sad, considering she's an ICON. She should be working with the best. That's how you know she is so out of tune with music. I posted 3 years ago for Jen to touch on Trap music but Jennifer and her YES team are so out of touch musically, minus Marc Anthony of course, that's the only good thing going for her for this album. However when it comes to Jen's music, her lyrics and her music videos, her team sucks!

Poor Jenny is at a standstill at 13M, and #9 on iTunes Latin (fell from #8 last night). You pretty much know your era is bad when a teeny bopper who snatched your ex for a music video, and got one of the hottest Latin trap artists is doing better.

I said this before and I will say this again, she needed to drop the single alongside the music video. That's how most Latin artists do it. That's how "Despacito" was released (now 2B views). That's how "Mi Gente" was released 2 weeks ago (nearing 200M views). That's how Maluma did it with "Felices Los 4" (now 700M views). Welly, you were wrong to tell me it doesn't work for Jen. It's not about how it works for Jen. It's how it works for the Latin market. Becky did it right, and why she's doing better. Mind you she had no promo.

This song did well on YouTube and iTunes and is still going up on Spotify and radio. The only problem is that it's taking too long for radio to catch up and no song can sustain YouTube and iTunes positions without radio play. Which is a classic JLo problem we've been facing for more than a decade and why simultaneous releases don't work for our girl.

Now be useful and request Ni Tu Ni Yo on radio, then stream the shit out of it on YouTube and Spotify. Let's get this into the top10 on Billboard Hot Latin tracks so we can get singles 2, 3 & 4.

The strategy isnt the problem.
The real problem is the feature. How we all know Jen isnt strong enough in latinamerican countries for that reason she needs true big names as Nicky Jam, J Balvin, Daddy Yanker, Maluma. Not the Marc Anthonys favourite Duo.
Now the second problem was the music video director how dont know nothing about latin music.
Hope for Jessy Terrero for her next spanish singles.
