Lol, I agree. There is no doubt in my mind that she loves the show just by watching her. You can't fake it when you have cameras on you constantly for all those hours.
The girls were being catty during group week and they had a lot of obvious tension on stage, so Jen basically told them that you have to be professional and get along with people. Sure, you might have a moment, but if you have a bad attitude, you won't have longevity and she's been successful and had a long career because people LIKE to work with her.
