I guess Marc asking her not to use it is always a possibility. It doesn't have to be a legal thing, really. Maybe he asked nicely.

Sure, it's Emme's middle name, but if that becomes her reason for the name, then poor Max is left out. Things should be as even as possible when you have twins. (I'm a twin! ) She would've had to change it to the Maribel & David Foundation, but then Lynda's daughter, Lucie, is left out!

Jennifer likes to clean house when she breaks up with someone. That interview with her & her cousin - childhood best friend - Leah Remini, she revealed how operates when she splits from someone..

Thnx 4 the info. Can't remember what year it was, when J&M announced beginning the Maribel Foundation , named after one of Marc's sisters, on behalf of sick children. But by the time the actual cable program + interview had surfaced (CNN?), the married couple behind it were no longer standing so closely: it would be replaced by a couple of sisters (J&Lynda), - though without sharing a blood relation w/ Maribel... It made sense. A little sad, reflecting on what Could have been, but it's a beautiful idea! There's a finality to it now.

Remember that this has always been a project between Jennifer and Lynda. Remember she always talked about how they were pregnant at the same time and were inspired to help women and children who didn't have access to medical care.
