It's annoying, but if that's the law, that's what they have to do. I can't imagine that either party is pleased about the idea that even if both consent, the court has the final say about whether or not they can take their kids out of CA.

At least Vegas is a 30 minute plane ride away. She doesn't even have to be gone a full day.

Marc boast that he is a friend of the president, so just with a tel. call from him to the court's hearing handlers, they might speed up the date of the hearing. to an earlier date.

I think the request will be granted with no problems. I hope the judge is a normal human being with no hiddden agenda. If the judge has political aspirations, he can make it difficult. But most of the time judges are full of integrity.

Might be better if twins dont see her perform with Marc. Might confuse them a little. Still can't believe she waited this long to file for this. Maybe they didnt know they couldnt take kids cross the border til recently

I don't think it confuses the kids to have them singing together it's just singing. It's not like they are doing anything else. In the article it said that the judge said the kids couldn't cross the border after Marc filed for divorce.

It's been a month since Marc filed. My guess is they were either working out the schedule, or there was a legal reason forcing them to wait 30 days to file this latest part.
