At a time when different versions have emerged about the famous divorce from Jennifer Lopez and Marc Anthony, the reality is that some have wanted to make a real drama of this painful situation for both. Some media have suggested that the first husband of the diva, Ojani Noa, and Marc have come together to "Chavar" economically to the actress and singer. So we talked to the spokesman of marriage and who really knows what is in the pot.

"It is true that Ojani and Marc have come together to talk about anything and less about secret accounts. That's a lie. Here the only thing that has happened is that the lawyers of Ojani sent a document to the attorneys of Marc and I dont know the content of it . Marc not even received that document and has not met with Ojani ". said Blanca Lasalle, a spokeswoman for Marc exclusive to Primera Hora.

But, gentlemen, we all know the old ways of Mr. Noa. When was the husband of Jennifer not give a pit or in self-defense when she rode the restaurant Madre's and put him in charge, failed. After that came the blackmail photos and videos showing alleged partner in the privacy and finally, what they said they had the video was forgotten, not without good guys spend on lawyers.

Now that looks like he could be without money , returns to throw a shadow over the reputation of Jennifer, but has not achieved the corillo to help in this. Or do you not remember that in the case of the videos his girlfriend was choir?

Things have changed. Now Marc is not in the life of Jennifer, but Ojani dint think that Marc is not going to shoot the mother of his children. On principle, he is not like Ojani, a person to be fighting and talking about others. That's not the Marc I know the contrary, is very quiet in his ways and only a few friends come into his kingdom.

But back to the drama of Ojani, he now wants to put Jennifer into trouble with taxes that she has hidden accounts outside the United States. According to the written statement received with statements by Ron Anteau, attorney for Jennifer, it states that "Ojani Noa's claims are ridiculous and unfounded."

Of course, it is still in the process Chavar where Marc, what he wants is to be clear about the time that he and Jennifer shared with the twins, the status of custody and all that that implies legally.

Meanwhile, Ojani keeps talking about the secret accounts. It is as if he had horns attacks every time she walks with someone. Will the dog in the manger syndrome, who does not eat or stop eating? What a gem!

Asked if there was division of property between Marc and Jennifer before marrying, Blanca Lasalle said: "Not necessarily", but did confirm that everyone gets their own. Marc gets the house on Long Island and she to Los Angeles. Moreover, after separation, Marc has a new home in Los Angeles to be near the kids.

About the show that Q 'Viva! The Chosen and the group winner of the reality, White said Jamie King is testing with participants in a week they are joined by Marc and Jennifer to complete the show.

SHAKIRA SHUTS OUT J.LO AT LATIN BILLBOARDS

The hottest stars of Latin music strutted down the red carpet
last night in South Florida, for the annual Billboard Latin
Music Awards. Host Michel Martin checks in with NPR Music's
Alt.Latino co-host Jasmine Garsd to take a look at the winners,
the losers, and the surprising snubs.

MICHEL MARTIN, HOST:

The stars of Latin American music were in the Miami area last
night for the 2012 Billboard Latin Music Awards. We've been
previewing the awards all week with Jasmine Garsd. She's the
co-host of NPR's ALT.LATINO podcast.

Now it's time for a review. Jasmine's in the studio once again
after watching - what was it - five hours of the show?

JASMINE GARSD, BYLINE: It certainly felt like it.

MARTIN: Was it five?

GARSD: No. I don't think it was five, but it definitely felt
like an all-nighter.

MARTIN: So who were the big winners?

GARSD: Definitely, the big winners were Dominican-American
star Prince Royce, (unintelligible) artist Don Omar, and Marc
Anthony, who got a Hall of Fame Award, (foreign language spoken).

MARTIN: Hall of Fame? Isn't that kind of like a career
achievement thing? I mean, he's not done yet.

GARSD: He did, at one point, say, hey, guys, I still have a lot
to give. But it was - he's so great. I love Marc Anthony and he
gave such a passionate, emotional acceptance speech and he said
something very poignant, which - you know, everyone gets up here
and talks about the sacrifices they've made, but my family and
friends have made a lot of sacrifices so that I can be a
musician and a performer.

MARTIN: That's a great message. Well, good. All right. Well,
you mentioned Don Omar and you said he won big and I think
he won - what?

GARSD: Song of the Year.

MARTIN: Song of the Year.

GARSD: Among other awards, for "Danza Kuduro."

MARTIN: All right. Let's listen to a little bit.

(SOUNDBITE OF SONG, "DANZA KUDURO")

DON OMAR: (Singing in foreign language).

MARTIN: Good song for summer, coming up. Be played at a lot of
parties. OK. What about something from Prince Royce?

GARSD: The great thing about Prince Royce is last year he won
Best New Artist and he's really been able to carry that momentum
and he won a songwriter award, Album of the Year, Tropical Songs
Artist. He does that kind of bachata style. Bachata, by the way,
is that very romantic sound that you hear, very tragic lyrics
with those guitar plucks, and a lot of artists nowadays are
mixing it with R&B.

PRINCE ROYCE: (Singing in foreign language).

MARTIN: Now, Jas, we can't talk about an awards show
without talking about the snubs. Did anybody kind of get the
cold shoulder that, embarrassing as it is, we probably should
talk about?

GARSD: I felt like Romero Santos got ignored. I loved his new
album. I thought this was his year and he didn't get the
acknowledgment I felt he deserved.

MARTIN: Did he get anything?

GARSD: No. Prince Royce stole the show as far as bachata is
concerned and Prince Royce is great, but I think Romero
Santos deserved some more acknowledgment.

MARTIN: What about J-Lo, Jennifer Lopez? She's one of
the artists that you spotlighted earlier in the week. How did
she do?

GARSD: If you were betting on horses, I would have gotten you
into deep trouble. Shakira again - Shakira stole the show.
Shakira got four awards and...

MARTIN: And shut J-Lo out, essentially. They were head-to-head
in most...

GARSD: Yeah. I still think...

MARTIN: ...categories.

GARSD: ...that J-Lo - it was a big year for her and - I don't
know. I'm sticking to my choices of who I thought was just
great this year.

MARTIN: OK. What about new artists? Is there anybody throwing
down the marker or somebody to watch in the future in the way
that Prince Royce was last year?

GARSD: Sure. I feel like the Billboard awards aren't exactly a
great place to find new artists because it's all about who is
commercially successful and it does feel a lot like the big
names club. (Unintelligible) from Mexico - they won Best New Artists.

I really think the spotlight for a newer artist was on Michelle(ph)
(unintelligible), who is a Brazilian act. They became huge with
the song (foreign language spoken). This was a viral hit. Over 400
million watched - the most watched video in the history of Brazil,
and it's that song that all the footballers are singing and dancing
on the football field. And here is (foreign language spoken).

MARTIN: OK. Well, we'll go out on that. Jasmine Garsd is co-host at
NPR's ALT.LATINO podcast. She's been joining me all week to talk
about the Billboard Latin Music Awards and she gave us a review of
the awards ceremony, which was Thursday night.

GARSD: Thank you so much. It was so much fun.

P.S -- Marc and Shakira were the favs, no doubt. Perhaps
his mgr. stirred up sympathy for him, esp.from the older
folks? Still, it's a bit of a shock that voting members couldn't
muster enough for Jenn to land even one award, after three
noms. She'd had a great year musically. But there was also was
real heartbreak, though she's been very supportive of Marc,esp.
pre-2009. I can't recall Marc pontificating about "family" when
they were together. But for whose benefit? If it really meant
so much to him, then he should have stayed home more, w/ his
family!

And did you check out his acceptance speach?? he copy Jlo ...AMA....but with his brother in place, the same brother that got him in problems with the IRS. That Jlo brought back into his life again.

I felt him to be a phony.

Jlo has latin fans who love her , But the Latin media and power-players really dont consider her LATIN ENOUGH!!

Marc Anthony is in the middle of divorcing American Idol
judge Jennifer Lopez, but you won’t catch them taking any
cheap shots at each other. This is definitely good news
to their young twins Max and Emme.

In a new interview, Marc discussed his upcoming tour as
well as his life after divorcing Jennifer. He said,
“I feel like I’m starting the next forty years of my
life with everything I’ve learned and everything I know.”

Currently, he and Jennifer co-parent their cute twins, as
well as remaining business partners for their show, Que
Viva! He talked about how he has maintained such a great
friendship with Jennifer, saying, “Don’t go for the cheap
shots. Just in any breakup, it can get hot and heavy
because emotions are involved and it’s very easy to go
for the cheap shot. When you concentrate on not playing
that card, it’s infinitely easier. If you can learn
anything it’s that it’s possible to be civil and mature
and adult about it. Period.”

Marc is currently ready to kick off his Gigant3S tour
in Miami, alongside Marco Antonio Solis and Chayanne.
Of that he added, “You literally can buy one ticket and
see three acts that are at the top of their game.”

The acceptance of infidelity by some fans is terribly
unfair. Said it before, - I never thought he'd cheat on

Exclusive: Jennifer Lopez Wants To Take Children Out Of State

Jennifer Lopez has filed legal documents asking a California judge to grant her permission to take her children with Marc Anthony out the state of California. Lopez is making the request so she can take the children with her on her upcoming summer tour.

There is currently an automatic temporary restraining order that prohibits either Marc or Jennifer from taking the kids out of California.

Lopez is asking for a mutual release of the restraining order so that “each of us may travel with our minor children outside of the state, if we so choose, at such times to be mutually agreed upon in the future, without the necessity of seeking a further order of the court, or written consent of the other party.”

A judge will rule on the request on June 26.

In the docs, Lopez says she and Marc will be able to work out the scheduling.

A hearing is set for June 26. J.Lo's concert tour with Enrique is set to kick off in July.

Maybe that's why when she went to Miami and NY she didn't take them cuz they couldn't cross the line or maybe not since they said that it was after Marc filed who knows. Surely she will get to take them on tour. But it seems really close to the tour and if she can't take them then we might have some problems.

Unfortunately after a divorce is filed, the one that decides about the children is the court, until the case is closed and a determination about the children custody is made..


Why so late , for the request?, did her lawyer forget to let her know about it. Now the children can not go with her to south america.

Well the court only decides if the involved parties can't decide. This is uncontested because they say that they will decide on the scheduling themselves.

But, yeah, weird, that she just filed that. Maybe Marc will take them the week or however long she is in South America? He is touring this Summer, too.

June 26. Ugh, why can't the judge just decide now. Californian judges are either very lazy or extremely busy. lol

Or they just need more time to prepare them self for Jennifer Lopez lol....but what if the court says no...what would she do?and isn't the south America tour starting in June?

Not really. The court do that to protect the children, supposely, from being kidnaped by one of the parents, before the divorce is final and all the other things final. The court do that to any couple, with children, filing for divorce.

There is too much hollie mollie during a divorce. That's why I dont believe in marriage. Divorce is harder than getting married.

Ya like I said I am worried that it is so late and u never know the judge could say no or do another date. I don't see her going on tour if he says no because tech Grandmas house is outside CA. She could post pone or move around dates or something idk. Hopefully it will be smooth sailing tho!

she could start the first few show without the tiwns, if the judge says no or change the dance...if she's willing to compromise....but let's just hope that doesnt happen!
