Jennifer Lopez Met Gala Performance In The Works? (POLL)

Every year VOGUE Editor Anna Wintour co-chairs the yearly
fundraiser for the Metropolitan Museum of Art's Costume
Institute, and fashion's biggest party of the year.

In the past, Wintour's entertainment choice for the evening
has been whoever's hottest in music that very moment. It was
Florence + The Machine in 2011; Lady Gaga in 2010; and Rihanna
and Kanye West in 2009. Each also had graced the cover of VOGUE
that Spring (March or April?).

Some rumors say it's Adele, on the VOGUE cover for March, who
will perform at the gala party this year. Other "sources" claim that
VOGUE's April cover star, Jennifer Lopez, has been selected to
entertain at the Met on May 7.

"A spokeswoman from VOGUE, however," writes WWD, "denied that
Lopez would perform."

"Refresh your memory and perhaps sway your opinion, we present
both Adele and Jennifer Lopez's VOGUE covers below. Who would
you prefer to 'see' perform?"

Damn! To put her and Adele against eachother? I'm not even gonna look at those comments. They are two very different performers. JLo can put on an AMAZING show, but Adele can SANG! lol Plus they may just pick Adele since she is the it girl right now. I love them both so this is very hard, but I picked JLo by default lol

Luv Adele but I prefer Jen. If Adele can prove her vocal skills, Jen can prove different skills at once.

Having a 45.57% win rate against one of the most hyped/successful singers today and against all the pressed haters that have no job and are ready anytime anywhere to post shit, then I think it's already a good proof about what I was saying above ^.

Some people are ridiculous and CLEARLY envious of a lot of Jennifer's career! Fair enough Adele's 21 is one of the biggest albums of last year buuuuut, yes that girl can sing the fuck out of it! Can she perform entertainingly? NO!!!! She stands there belting out what I can't deny, are great songs!
But Jennifer knows how t perform and get the crowd going! thats what entertainment is! Those comments are very hurtful to read i must say
