Upload a 125x125 pic to an image host like imgur.com or tinypic.com and then copy the link..Click "User Control Panel" on the top right, just under the banner. On the left, click "Edit Avatar". Paste the direct url into the "Link off-site" box, clear the avatar dimension fields and "Submit".

Yup, just follow the directions in the first post where it says "how to post a photo". Just get the image's url from Tumblr.

Heather or anyone else that happens to know the answer to this. My inbox was full so I deleted some messages. Now it is 44 percent full. It says that I have 4 messages but they are not showing up and this is what this says You have 4 private messages currently on hold because of full folder.
Release all on-hold messages… they will be re-sorted into the appropriate folder if enough space is made available.

Yes press release all on-hold messages. That means that the messages sent to you will now show up.

Yeah, you need to click where it says "Release all on-hold messages" and then you'll be able to see them.
