Rob & Mariel have been named the 8th Most Powerful Stylists by The Hollywood Reporter, due in part to their work with Jennifer. The duo have worked with Jennifer for quite some time, styling her on American Idol, music videos, photo shoots, red carpets, etc. They are also creative consultants for Jennifer’s latest perfume, Forever Glowing, as well as the Jennifer Lopez Collection for Kohl’s.

Jennifer Lopez is on the cover of the debut issue of Glamour’s new magazine, Glam Belleza Latina! Glam Belleza Latina is a new magazine dedicated to celebrating the beauty and style of Latinas. Here are a few excerpts:
Does love make you beautiful? “Absolutely,” says Lopez. “But I don’t think it’s the love of somebody else. It’s learning to love yourself, like Whitney Houston sang. That really is the greatest love of all. We beat ourselves up so bad, [saying] ‘I messed up. I made the wrong choice.’ I started embracing that I do make mistakes. I’m a human being. I’m supposed to be flawed. I’m perfect in my imperfections.”
On love: “There’s so much love in the world, and people who just want to dance and forget their troubles for a little while. To be a person who can provide that, it’s a blessing.”
On Latina Style: “I love to see our distinct Latina style,” Lopez says of future issues of Glam Belleza Latina. “It’s sexy, it’s sweet, it’s romantic, it’s passionate.”
On confidence: “I am confident. It doesn’t mean I don’t have my moments. But you have to remember the value of your individuality—that you have something special and different to offer that nobody else has.”

Jennifer Lopez is on the cover of this week’s issue of PEOPLE Magazine! In the interview, Jennifer discusses her split from Marc, the twins, as well as the age difference between her and her boyfriend, Beau ‘Casper’ Smart. Here’s an excerpt:
When Jennifer Lopez and Marc Anthony split in 2011 after seven years of marriage and two children together, the singer says it felt like “her whole world fell apart.”
But Lopez, 43, credits her boyfriend, choreographer and dancer Casper Smart, 25, with helping her heal after divorce.
“I just got out of a big, heavy, devastating thing, and he’s helped me heal,” she says in this week’s issue of PEOPLE. “He’s been there for me.”
But the singer is well aware that the 18-year age difference between the two draws speculation.
“I ask him, ‘Why don’t you go find a young girlfriend and get out of here? What do you want with me?’ And you think, ‘How long is this gone be?’ You think, ‘Okay, in 10 years I’m going to be like this and you’re going to be like that’ and … men at that age are … I think all different things. The truth is we don’t know what’s going to happen. We’re loving this moment right now. We make each other happy.”
Even after several larger-than-life romances that played out in the public eye, Lopez regrets nothing.
“I don’t regret those things – that’s who I am,” she says. “But at least now I’m at a point where I have to recognize that these choices and things that happen are partly because of me and my decisions and I have to be more careful. So I am being more careful.”

Jennifer Lopez is standing on the terrace of the Ciragan Palace hotel in Istanbul, shooting the cover of Bazaar. It’s an incredibly grand palace, and she’s in an incredibly grand Versace. But she’s goofing around, doing the robot and various girl-on-the-go catalog poses. “We’re losing the moment!” laments the photographer. But then, boom: Lopez shakes her shoulders and fixes her with a sexy laser stare. J. Lo™ has arrived. “Oh, honey,” she says soothingly, “I’ve been doing this for 20 years.”
The next night, Lopez is on a yacht on the Bosporous, on her way to the 32nd concert date of her world tour (which overlapped a 24-date American tour with Enrique Iglesias). She’s trying to remember the shoulder thing, but with her four-year-old twins, Max and Emme, running around and an entourage that includes her boyfriend, Casper Smart, and her mother, Guadalupe, it’s not happening. Instead, in stage makeup, sweats, and an epic cashmere scarf, she’s absorbed with a studded Hermès cuff in a magazine. Rocks Jenny’s got? “No,” she says, giggling. “Rocks I wanna get.”
